Here are some suggestions for activities and attractions that would be fun for families with kids.

Day 1

• Start the day with a visit to the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe. They have a year-round farmer's market on Saturdays, which offers fresh produce, baked goods, and crafts. There are also various events happening throughout the year, such as car shows, dog shows, and concerts.

• Next, take the family to the Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum in Everett. This museum showcases a collection of restored aircraft and tanks from World War II and other conflicts. Kids will love seeing the planes up close and learning about the history of aviation and warfare.

• For lunch, head to the Snohomish Pie Company, where you can sample some of the best pies in the area. They offer a variety of sweet and savory pies, as well as sandwiches and salads.

• In the afternoon, visit the adorable critters at the Forest Park Animal Farm in Everett. This free petting zoo is open daily and features goats, sheep, rabbits, chickens, and more. It's a great place to spend some time with the kids and learn about farm animals.
